Chinese Haleron company has just announced its new tablet computer. In contrast to many other devices of that class it runs not on Google Android but on Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. Haleron H97 features 9.7-inch IPS multi-touch capable display with 1024x768px resolution and LED highlight, 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z515 or 1.6Ghz Intel Atom Z530 or 2GHz Intel Atom Z550 processor, Intel US15W chipset (supports 3D and HD video playback), Intel GMA graphics accelerator. Other specifications include 1GB DDR2 RAM, 16GB SSD, MicroSD external memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi, 0.3MP webcam, four USB 2.0 ports, microphone, 4500mAh battery, VGA, DVI and HDMI outputs. There are such optional external modules and DVD optic drive, Ethernet 10/1000 and 3G modem (WCDMA, SCDMA, HSPDA). This computer measures 242х189х14.8mm and weights 708g. Haleron H97 tablet computer has been already available. The price ranges from $679 to $859.
